Names released in serious collision

TOWN OF ERIN – On June 13, 2016 at approximately 11:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to the scene of a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Wellington Road 124, east of Erin Park Drive in the Town of Erin. 

The driver of the Chevrolet has been identified as 67-year-old Ron Riley. He remains in a Toronto hospital with serious injuries. 

His passenger was 66-year-old Diane Riley and she has been released from the hospital. Both reside in London. 

The driver of the Dodge minivan was 68-year-old Christine Clatworthy of Guelph and she remains in a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the collision is currently being investigated by OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI).

The Wellington County OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed this collision to please call 1-888-310-1122.
