WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP – Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers investigated several break and enters and a theft that occurred from Aug. 13 to Sept. 7, 2016 to Wellington Highland RV and Home Hardware on Main Street, Mount Forest.
An arrest was made and a search warrant was executed on September 7 at an apartment in Mount Forest where stolen property and suspected marijuana was seized.
35-year-old Gordon Kostal of Mount Forest is charged with;
- Break and Enter X 2- Criminal Code (C.C.)
- Theft Under $5,000 X 2- C.C.
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 X 2- C.C.
- Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams- Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
