Silvercreek Parkway North fire – update

The Guelph Police are currently investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in a shed and barn on a property located at 604 Silvercreek Pkwy N., Guelph. This property is located near the southwest corner of the intersection of Curtis Dr. and Silvercreek Pkwy N., Guelph. 

The property has been abandoned for some time and is owned by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. The cause of this fire is unknown and it is currently being investigated by the Guelph Police Service, Guelph Fire Department and the office of the Ontario Fire Marshall. 

Both buildings were completely destroyed by the fire however no damage estimate is currently available.
