Police look for skateboarder suspect with a (possible) stutter after painting stolen

On July 13, 2016 at 9:37 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Douglas Street business for the report of a theft.

A man stole a painting that is described as being a collage picture with bright colours and is 48” x 48” in size.

The male is described as white with a tan, approximately 30 years old, short brown hair, slight facial hair, slim and wearing a baseball cap, shorts and a T-shirt.
 
He seemed to speak with a stutter, had a tattoo on his left arm and had a skateboard.
