Police seek identity of suspected gas thief

GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON –Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating the theft of gas from a Petro Canada Station on Wellington Road 124, Guelph-Eramosa Township. The theft occurred on March 16, 2016 at approximately 4:10 p.m. 

The male suspect placed a piece of paper over the rear licence plate of the blue Chevrolet Impala and hid his face from the surveillance camera.

On the left side of the trunk was a sticker of a British flag. 

The suspect was described as mid 20’s, approximately 5’4, and wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, and dark shoes.

Police are looking to identify this person.
