GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP – On February 10, 2016 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a serious workplace accident at Trimac Transportation Services located on Wellington Road 124, Guelph-Eramosa Township.

33-year-old Tyler Warrington, of Port Hope, was injured from exposure to nitric acid while doing repairs to a chemical storage tanker.

He remains in hospital.
