Local city councillors Phil Allt and James Gordon are expanding their popular Politics and Pancakes event.
The two Ward 3 councillors have been running a successful community get together every Thursday morning at Breezy Corners restaurant on MacDonell Street where community members can come and shoot the breeze about local affairs and listen to the occasional guest discuss city issues.
Due to requests from the public who cannot make the 8 a.m. event, the councillors will now be holding one at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month.
The event is open to all.
