Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has reported a COVID-19 outbreak at The Elliott Community Long Term Care Facility in Guelph.
One staff member has been confirmed to have COVID-19.
An outbreak is defined as one or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 within a facility (long-term care home, retirement home or hospital.
The last active outbreak at a regional facility was declared over at Guelph Lake Commons on May 26.
The Elliott confirmed the outbreak on its website.
