Dufferin Oaks: 3 residents, 4 staff
**Guelph General Hospital: 6 patients, 16 staff
Headwaters Health Centre: 2 patients, 16 staff
Homewood Health Centre: 9 residents, 3 staff
Norfolk Manor: 17 residents, 2 staff
Shelburne Residence: 3 residents, 0 staff
St. Joseph's Health Centre: 1 resident, 3 staff
Wellington Terrace: 0 residents, 1 staff
Notes:
1. The decrease in identified staff at Guelph represents staff who – based on case tracking – were deemed not part of the 4E outbreak (while still representing positive COVID-19 cases).
2. The outbreak at Guelph General has been declared over by WDG Public Health. According to the Ministry’s guidance for COVID-19 outbreaks, an outbreak may be considered over when there are no new cases in residents or staff after 14 days from putting the last case (resident or staff) into isolation.
