There’s a new ribber in town this weekend.

Hucklebelly’s Original BBQ from London joins seven returning ribbers at the Rotary Club of Guelph - Trillium Ribfest in Riverside Park.

Last year’s winners Jack On A Bone (judge’s choice) and Silver Bullett (people’s choice) are both back, with Boss Hogs BBQ, Fat Boys BBQ, Smokehouse Bandits, Billy Bones and Camp 31 rounding out the field.

Rib prices this year are $25 for a full rack and $16 for a half rack. Half chicken is $15.

All-day midway ride passes can be purchased in advance for $25.

The event features the usual midway all three days and classic car show on Saturday and Sunday.
