Schreiner and other Greens to take part in virtual panel

The Guelph Greens are hosting a panel discussion on Feb. 8, 2021. “What’s Next? A Conversation on a Caring and Just Recovery,” will ask the panellist what has become evident to them during the last 12 months and what actions we need to ensure a reflective recovery.

We will hear from:

Mike Schreiner, the leader of the Green Party of Ontario, and the Member of Provincial Parliament for Guelph in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario; 

Annamie Paul, the leader of the Green Party of Canada and a Canadian politician, activist, and lawyer; 

Dr. Dianne Saxe, a top Canadian and international environment and climate lawyer, president of Saxe Facts, a law firm on climate, energy and the environment, and Deputy Leader of the Ontario Green Party; and 

Graeme Reed, a doctoral candidate at the University of Guelph studying Indigenous governance, environmental governance and the climate crisis, as well as a senior policy advisor at the Assembly of First Nations and national 2020 Top 30 Under 30 sustainability leader in Canada as acknowledged by Corporate Knights.
