On July 21, 2016 at 4:10 a.m., the Guelph Police went to Starwood Avenue for the report of a stolen car that just occurred.
The owner advised that earlier in the day his gym bag was stolen from an unlocked car in his driveway.
The bag contained the keys to the stolen car. In an attempt to protect the car with the stolen keys, he blocked that vehicle in with another car.
The culprit(s) damaged the car that was blocking the stolen one and damaged the residences garden in driving the vehicle away.
Police searched the area but could not locate the car. It is described as a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario plates 913TLS.
