We are in for another hot and humid long weekend and the local public health unit is reminding us to stay cool.

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health says Sunday heading into Monday will be especially warm with daytime highs of 31 degrees or higher.

And don't expect much relief overnight with temperatures only expected to drop to 20 degrees.

No heat events have been issued at this time but the health unit says it is possible.

Details on how to stay cool have been posted on their website.
