The Guelph Police Service is still experiencing a technical issue with the administrative, non-emergency phone line.
For non-emergencies, callers are asked to dial 519-824-1212 extension 7999, as extension 0 is experiencing the issue.
Callers are asked to dial 911 if they are experiencing an incident that is an emergency, in progress, or an immediate danger.
Incidents can also be reported online or in-person at the Guelph Police Service station on 15 Wyndham St. S.
The issue has been ongoing since Sunday morning, and an update will be posted once it has been resolved.
