From the moment customers and members walk through the new doors of the recently redesigned CAA Guelph Store, they feel right at home. Friendly greeters are on hand to welcome and direct guests through the home-inspired store layout.
After a two-month massive makeover, CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) is now celebrating the grand opening of its new store in Guelph.
“We are proud to unveil a unique retail experience for our members and customers. The new, modern look and feel is the result of dedication, hard work and countless hours of planning, designing and constructing our new store,” said Kathy Kelly, Director Sales & Distribution, CAA SCO.
The improvements to the 3,618 square foot store are a combination of technology and convenience which features a video wall, three digital displays and plenty of comfortable seating for customers.
“Whether you are booking your next family vacation, updating your passport photos, purchasing movie tickets or reviewing your insurance needs, we welcome you to the new CAA Guelph Store – your home away from home,” added Kelly.
The major facelift comes complete with a living room where customers can sit back and take in the “view” or browse a tablet while they wait to speak to one of our knowledgeable and experienced employees.
Meanwhile, a warm fireplace creates an inviting ambience for home and auto insurance customers in the den-like section of the store.
The CAA Guelph Store, located at 1005 Paisley Road, is one of 34 retail locations in the South Central Ontario region.
For over a hundred years, CAA has been helping Canadians stay mobile, safe and protected. CAA South Central Ontario is one of nine auto clubs across Canada providing roadside assistance, travel, insurance services and member savings for our 2 million members.
