Thieves make off with electronics, concert tickets

GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP – On May 16, 2016 just before 4 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a break and enter that occurred sometime between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:52 p.m. at a residence located on Main Street South in Rockwood, Guelph-Eramosa Township.

Investigation revealed that unknown suspects pried open the front door of the residence causing extensive damage to the door and door frame, and access was gained.

Once inside the home, suspects rifled through drawers and closets and stole several items including electronics, jewelry and concert tickets.

This investigation is still ongoing and any person with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
