CITY OF GUELPH - At approximately 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, a hit and run occurred in the area of Woodlawn Road West and Elmira Road North in the City of Guelph.
A vehicle was exiting a private drive and collided with a transport truck. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and is described as a pickup truck with plow, white in colour, possibly a Ford make. Damages to the transport truck are estimated at $15,000.
TOWN OF MINTO - Sometime overnight on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, a theft occurred from an auto body garage located on Arthur Street West in Harriston.
Stolen from inside a vehicle was an Alpine® stereo amplifier. Unknown culprit(s) also stole four all season tires on Chevy rims from the property.
