Well hello winter (8 photos)

Guelph gets its first real snow of the year

Guelph got its first jolt of winter Tuesday as an overnight snow left the city blanketed for the first time.

There's a chance of more flurries Tuesday and early Wednesday, then that should be it until the weekend when more flurries are expected.

Temperatures are expected to hover just over freezing during the day and between -5C and -8C overnight throughout the remainder of the week.
