  • Attend a formal presentation, from 7 to 7:30 p.m., to learn more about the project and work completed to date.
  • Register in advance for a workshop to develop the vision and guiding principles for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan, from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

The vision and guiding principles for the project will inform our future decisions about the secondary plan, including potential land uses, transportation connections, infrastructure, parks and trails, and overall development for Guelph’s southernmost lands.

About the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan Study

The Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan Study will help Guelph plan the last greenfield area within the city. The Secondary Plan will establish a range and mix of land use designations to plan a complete and healthy community that support future urban growth.
