Weather advisory in effect for:

  • Guelph - Erin - Southern Wellington County
  • Kitchener - Cambridge - Region of Waterloo

Winter Weather Travel Advisory in effect for tonight and Wednesday morning.

Hazards:
Snowfall amounts up to 5 cm.
Slippery road conditions.
Reduced visibility in falling snow.

Timing:
Overnight through Wednesday morning

Discussion:
Snow will move into the area late this evening. Snowfall amounts up to 5 cm are possible by noon on Wednesday.

The Wednesday morning commute may be impacted.

This Winter Weather Travel Advisory is due to a low pressure system that is forecast to track south of the region tonight and Wednesday. Due to the uncertain track of the weather system and the warm ground temperatures, total snowfall amounts expected could change. Please continue to monitor the forecasts for future updates.
