All summer long in St George’s Square, local vendors will be showcasing their delightful goods and services at the Wednesday Market.

Offering you the opportunity to buy local, eat healthy and purchase one-of-a-kind items from local crafters and artisans.

This year sees many new faces, in addition to the tried and true vendors that have been coming since the market was established four years ago.

The market will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in St. George’s Square every Wednesday till August 31. Rain or shine, the market can be seen outside of Old Quebec Street Shoppes continuing onto the Quebec Street sidewalk.

With nearly 20 vendors each week, the downtown core is transformed into a bright and lively space. The tents fill the area, as an assortment of products spark the interest of people walking by.

Come early for the Portuguese tarts; buy those extra veggies and homemade pasta for supper and the cherry pie for dessert.

Bring the kids and grab an ice cream before having fantastic face painting experience with Miss Kitty.

And that’s not all! With intricate Henna tattooing, the chance to customize your own tie dye clothing item and learning an excellent fitness routine through demonstration, there is something for everyone.

The market can be a source for grocery, gift, and entertainment needs.
