Join us for our second community visioning workshop for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan and Master Environmental Servicing Plan.

Participate in a group-based, hands-on community planning and mapping exercise to help develop plans for a new Guelph neighbourhood. The workshop exercise will include identifying the best locations for:

  • different land uses (residential, employment and commercial);
  • community focal points (schools, parks, community centres, shops and services);
  • trails, roads and transit;
  • parks and open space; and
  • above-ground infrastructure (e.g. water tower).

To join the workshop, please register by Friday, Sept. 22. If you require assistance with registration, please call Planning Services at 519-837-5615 ext. 2459.

Background

The Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan Study will help the city plan the last greenfield area in Guelph. The secondary plan will establish the range and mix of land use designations to plan a complete and healthy community that supports urban growth.
