SARNIA - The Sarnia Sting scored with 4:32 left in regulation Saturday to pull out a 2-1 victory over the Guelph Storm.

A sloppy rebound sat in the slot and two Storm players failed to clear the puck, allowing Adam Ruzicka to fire the puck past goaltender Anthony Popovich for the game winning goal.

Hugo Leufvenius had given the Sting a 1-0 lead in the first period, but Guelph's Nate Schnarr tied it up late in the second.

Guelph outshot the Sting 41-36 on the night, with Guelph's Popovich and Sarnia's Justin Fazio both turning in solid performances.

The Storm wraps up the home portion of its regular season with a game against the Kitchener Rangers on Tuesday. Friday they play in Kitchener then end the regular season in Erie on Saturday.
