The Guelph Royals fell to 4-14 on the season with a 14-0 loss to the Kitchener Panthers Tuesday night at Hastings Stadium.
It was the seventh straight loss for the Royals, who are last in the Intercounty Baseball League standings.
Kitchener pounded Guelph pitching for 20 hits, knocking starter AJ Mackey out of the game after he gave up eight hits in just two innings of work.
Sean Reilly of the Panthers tied former Panther Randy Curran for the all-time lead in home runs when he hit a solo shot in the first inning.
Guelph had just five hits, four singles and a double by Chandler McLaren.
The Royals play in Burlington on Thursday and host Brantford at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
