KINGSTON - Liam Hawel had a hat trick and rookie Ty Collins had three assists as the Guelph Storm cruised to an 8-1 win over the Kingston Frontenacs Saturday night,

Zack Terry scored his first OHL goal for the Storm. Other scorers were Cedric Ralph, Cam Hillis, Dom Commisso and Markus Phillips.

Nico Daws only had to make 12 saves and had his shutout bid broken with 3:31 left in the game.

Guelph will host the Sarnia Sting on Friday.
