A pair of Guelph Storm players will participate in this year's Canadian Hockey League Top Prospects Game.

Isaac Ratcliffe and Nate Schnarr, both eligible for the 2017 National Hockey League draft, will play in the game Jan. 30 in Quebec City.

The 40 CHL players competing in the game were chosen by all 30 NHL clubs and divided into teams by NHL Central Scouting.

Racliffe will play for Team Cherry and Schnarr for Team Orr.

Ratcliffe, a London native, currently leads the Storm in scoring with 29 points in 31 games.

Schnarr, a Waterloo native, has 14 points in 21 games but has missed 10 games with a shoulder injury but is expected to return to game action soon.

This season’s event marks the 22nd annual showcase of the CHL’s top-40 NHL Draft eligible players.

The game will be shown on Sportsnet.

In total, 28 of the CHL’s 60 member clubs are represented on the rosters led by 19 OHL players from 11 different teams, 15 WHL players from 11 teams, and six QMJHL players from six teams.

Team Cherry and Team Orr coaching staffs in addition to captains and alternates will be announced at a later date.
