NEWS RELEASE
GUELPH STORM
*************************
Saturday, Nov. 16 when the Storm welcome the Saginaw Spirit, we will host our Second Annual First Responders Game. The Storm will recognize and honour all First Responders with the Chief of Police Gordon Cobey, the Fire Chief John Osborne and EMS Chief Stephen Dewar participating in the ceremonial faceoff.

In addition, public service announcements/commercials will be broadcast during the game and we are proud to welcome members of all three services and their families.

Thank you Guelph Fire Services, Guelph Police Service, and Guelph Emergency Medical Services for putting your lives on the line in order to save those around you each shift.

You are the difference between life and death. Your bravery, skill and passion is reflecting in the lives you save and protect. Your calm, compassionate, professional presence is an inspiration. It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to recognize and honour all first responders at the game on Saturday.
