Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Hospice Wellington on Monday, August 15, 2022.
Many people would describe Lori as caring, kind, and willing to do anything for others, but she is mostly recognized by her free spirit, her love to take on any adventure, and her carefree attitude. She was loved by everyone and anyone who was lucky enough to step foot into her life.
She was always surrounded by the people she loved, her two kids, Taryn and Jarrett, and her two sisters, Penny and Julie, who were there every step of the way. She was loved very much by her two nieces, Cal and Lily, who looked up to the strong and courageous person she was, and her father John who raised her to be a beautiful and independent woman. She will be missed by her mother-in-law, Betty, who was there by her side taking her to many chemo appointments, holding her hand, and cracking jokes with her through it all.
Despite her diagnosis in 2013, she always found the light in any situation, and could make anyone around her laugh and smile at her crazy sense of humour. She will be remembered as the strongest woman, and an amazing mother, sister and daughter.
