ANDERSON, William “Billy” George

Passed away peacefully on July 23rd, 2016 at Grand River Hospital, at the young age of 42 years. He leaves behind his adored son Tristen Anderson who he loved with all of his heart. He was the son of Debbie (2012) and John (Step-father) Reeve, and Bill and Lorraine (Step-mother) Anderson. Grandson of George (2014) and Enid Lawrence. Brother to Shari Benson (nee Anderson) and her husband Bruce, and Brian Anderson and his wife Ashley. He was the Step-brother to Adam and Simon Forster, and Deanna Reso (Reeve). Billy was a loving Uncle to Eric Anderson, Jordan Hewitt, Matthew Benson, Nicholas Benson, Connor Anderson, David Anderson and Ethan Forster. He will be greatly missed by his many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Though Billy battled with his illness his whole life he never stopped smiling. His gentle spirit, sense of humour, and beautiful smile will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Family and Friends are invited to the Gilbert Macintyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where visitation will take place on Friday, July 29th, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Billy’s life will be held in our chapel on Saturday, July 30th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph, at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
