Passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 91 at St. Joseph's Health Centre on Friday, November 27, 2020. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Stan (2012), and survived by her two daughters Trudy, (Andrew), Wendy, and much adored grandson, Nathan.
Mary wore many hats in her active life - a hard working business women alongside her husband which took them across Canada and the US, a caring mother and grandmother who made sure her children and grandson were well provided and cared for, a housewife who made sure her home was consistently clean and spotless, and above all, a special friend to many neighbours and friends. She always had an open door policy with a pot of coffee ready for anyone who wanted to come over to chill, or an extra bed made for out of town friends and relatives. She will especially be remembered as a vibrant, kind and generous lady with a great sense of humour, and a very meticulous dress code and style.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at a later date.
