Completed his earthly journey on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at St. Joseph’s Health Care Centre, in Guelph. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Marion A. R. Baier (nee Blair, 2016) for almost 70 years. Norm was blessed with three sons, Bill (deceased 2013), Bruce and Brian. He will be missed by his 3 daughters-in-law, Jane (Goulding), Linda (Brown) and Susan (Bell) as well as 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 am prior to the Celebration of Life Service at Knox Presbyterian Church, Guelph, at 12:00 noon. Reception to follow in Metcalfe Hall. A private committal service will be at a later date at Elma Centre Cemetery. Memorial donations to Knox Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
