Donna passed away at home, in Guelph on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at the age of 68 years. She is survived by nephews; Darren Burns (Laurie) and Lee Humphrey (Wendy), great nieces; Megan and Jessica and sister-in-law Marion Burns. Donna is fondly remembered by long-time friends and extended family; Dorothy Mercer, Leslie and Diane McDougall. She is predeceased by her sister, Patricia Burns (Pat Verrall) and her brother, Garnet Burns. Donna was so very thankful for all of the support she received during her lifetime, the last couple of months in particular. She will be missed around the euchre table and at the Evergreen Senior’s Centre. If desired, memorial contributions to National Service Dogs in Donna’s name would be appreciated.
