Mrs. Dale Ellis passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on November 26, 2018 at the age of 85 years. Dale was the beloved mother of Cray (Janet Money) Ellis and Bridget (Jeff Golightly) Preston. Loving grandmother of Troy, Cairin, Shawna, Connor and Julia. Pre-deceased by her parents William and Elizabeth (née Comar) Cray and by Bridget and Cray's father Robert McPherson Ellis. Dale was a teacher with the Upper Grand District School Board up until 1992. She will be missed by many family and friends. A private service has taken place. Cremation to follow. Private interment at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. Friends are invited to the Arboretum for a celebration of Dale's life on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 1p.m. to 4p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
