It is with great sadness that the family of Pat Coulombe announces her passing on Saturday April 21, 2018. Pat died gently and quietly but with great determination and integrity at The Village of Riverside Glen, Guelph with family close by at the age of 91 years. Formerly of St. Thomas, she is the wife of the late Len Coulombe (d. April 3, 2004). Mom will always be loved by her daughter Diane Bourke and her husband Clive of Victoria, B.C. and by her son Dana Coulombe and his wife Linda of Guelph. Much loved grandma of Amanda Myer (Jason), Jeffrey Coulombe (Christina), Kendra Borek (Rob) and Grant Parker (Roz). Proud great grandma of Seth, Liam, Cole and Amelia. Survived by her son-in-law Barry Parker, brothers George (Anne), Harold (late Shirley) and Walter Carr (Dorothy). Predeceased by her daughter Dawn Parker, sister-in-law Claire Dallaire and brothers-in-law Amedie, Lorenzo, Real, Ang-Emiele and Yolande Coulombe. Pat’s family would like to sincerely thank the staff and residents of The Village of Riverside Glen for their compassion, professionalism and dedication to Pat’s care over the last number of years. A memorial service will be held at GILBERT MACINTYRE AND SON FUNERAL HOME , HART CHAPEL, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph on Saturday April 28, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with a Celebration of Pat’s life to follow in the fellowship lounge of the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre NICU would be greatly appreciated by Pat’s family.
