It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Susan Craig in 86th year at Trinity Village LTC on Monday, September 13, 2021. Susan is predeceased by her mother Anne Crane (Ben), father John Price and siblings, John Price, Cathy Mcintosh (Cambell), Anne Muir (Bill), Tommy Price (Marge) and Beatrice Donaghy (James).
Susan will be missed immensely by her loving husband of 63 years Jim Craig and devoted daughter June Ziegler (Allen) as well as her grandchildren Sean, Carissa (Barry), Danielle (Will), Kara and Jennifer (Eng). Before the grips of Alzheimer’s took hold, the most important thing to Susan was her family and she made sure all those around her felt that daily. She is sadly missed by her 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A service will be held for family and friends at Woodlawn Memorial Park on October 3, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow at the Army and Navy Club of Guelph (where double vaccination proof is required) close family and friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and extended relatives and members from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan's honour to the Alzheimer's Society of Guelph, 69 Huron St. Guelph ON N1E5L6 (519-836-7672).
