CROOK, Joseph Matthew 'Joe'

Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the age of 80.  Beloved husband of the late Constance Angela Crook (nee Reardon) (2005).  Proud dad of Brett of Toronto, Brenda of Guelph and Joanne (Amy Thornton) of London.  Joe will be missed by many family members, extended family, dear friends, and his daily coffee buddies at Coffee Time.  Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Monday, November 7, from 2 – 4 p.m. & 7 – 9 p.m.  Vigil prayers will be held on Monday at 8:30 p.m.  Funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 45 Victoria Road North, Guelph, Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. complete.  Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.  We invite you to leave your condolences and donations online at www.gilchristchapel.com.
