At the Guelph General Hospital, with his family by his side, on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at age 70.
Beloved husband of Judy for 46 years. Loving father of Angie Sippel (Dean), Ian Danes (Greg), Matt Danes (Brittany) and Cherished Papa to Kiera. Dear son of Eileen and the late George Danes. Brother of Larry (Wilma), Nancy (Jim), Paul (Shelly), Bettyann (Shawn), Phillip, Brian, Doug (Cherry), Rosemarie (Kelvin) and predeceased by Murray (survived by Barb). Brother in law to Lynn Stewart (Rick) and the late Wayne & Lynne Cook. Predeceased by Judy's parents Earl and Madeline Cook. George will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria St. N., Breslau on Wednesday, June 20, ,2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am followed by interment in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
