Passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph. He was the beloved husband of the late Jane (nee Pontin). Proud and loving father of Stephen and his wife Renata, Kathleen Ball and her husband Thomas. Grandfather of; Maja, Zachary, Victoria, Thomas Jr. and Earl Merrick. A Celebration of Life will take place at Victoria East Golf Course, 1096 Victoria Rd. E., Puslinch Saturday February 4th 2023 from 1 – 4 p.m. If desired and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Foundation of Guelph General Hospital would be appreciated. We would like to thank all the staff at the Guelph General Hospital Emergency Department and the staff on 4West who had helped to take care of Ronald, as well as the palliative department at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph.
