DOMENICHINI, Elmida

Passed away peacefully, at Stirling Heights Long Term Care, Cambridge,
with her family by her side, on Monday, May 6, 2019. Elmida (nee
Lazzarini) Domenichini, in her 86th year, was the beloved wife of the late
Angelo Domenichini (1997). She was the dear mother of Fausto (Kathy),
Bruno (Ester), Omero (Barb) and Angela (David De Corso). Elmida was the
dear Nonna of Brandon (Antonia), Daniel, Steven, Carly, Olivia, Adrianna
and Jack. She is survived by her brother Italo (Gabriella) and sister
Franca (Domenico Giovannetti) and by nieces, nephews and cousins. Elmida
was predeceased by her parents Bruno and Norma (nee Benetti) Lazzarini, by
her brother-in-law Sergio Domenichini and by her sister and brother-in-law
Rosanna and Lorenzo Saroni.

Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son
Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Friday, May 10,
2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Elmida will be held at the funeral
home on Friday at 4 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St.
John'’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at
11 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of
sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Cards are available at the
