Peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on Monday, February 1, 2016, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Hazel (Smith). Dear father of Jerry MacDonald (Karen), Danny MacDonald, and Donna Parsons. Will be missed by grandchildren Tom (Erin), Kelly (Stuart), Danielle (Justin), Ashley, Kendal (Brandon), Jill, and Genna (Erik); and great-grandchildren Kaili, Emma, Maisie, Aiden, and Briley. Predeceased by his brother Orval Eason and sister Audrie Eason. Visitation will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, on Friday, February 5, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
