Mrs. Sivayogam Erambamoorthy peacefully passed-away on December 27, 2016 at the Hospice Wellington in Guelph, Ontario. She is the mother of Dr. Kayal Thevathasan (Guelph General Hospital) and mother-in-law of Dr. Naresh Thevathasan (University of Guelph) and grandmother of Ms. Naythrah Thevathasan (KFLA, Kingston) and Isaac Thevathasan (University of Guelph).
