Patricia passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 27, 2018 surrounded by her family. Patricia (Pat) was born on August 26, 1925 in Toronto, where she spent her life until moving to Riverside Glen in Guelph in 2012, to be closer to her family. She is predeceased by her father (Chester Fysh), mother (Hazel "Pat" Fysh, (nee Parker) and sister (Geraldine Fysh).
Pat spent her career as a Librarian at the Robarts Library at the University of Toronto. Pat loved reading, bird watching and long stays at her cabin in Craigleith. Pat enjoyed travelling to many countries throughout the world, seeking out new and exotic birds. She shared this love with her family and many friends.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of Guelph General Emergency and 4th floor nursing staff for their kindness and support.
Pat will be remembered at a Graveside Service on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Park Lawn Cemetery, 2845 Bloor St. W., Etobicoke. The family invite friends to join them in the Celebration of Her Life.
