GRANT, Michael

February 18, 1953 – September 1, 2016 

Dearly loved husband of Cherrol Grant; proud father of Matthew and his wife Jennifer and Megan and her husband Kris; devoted grampa of Eric and Isla; cherished brother of Anita Fortier; adored son of the late Patricia Grant; treasured grandson of the late Margaret Peterson; and much loved son-in-law to June and the late Errol Stoneman. 
Michael was an avid reader, photographer and traveler. He will be so greatly missed by all of his family, his extended family and a wealth of good friends. 
The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Saturday, September 10th with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. and a reception will follow.
