Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Lori (Walker) Green. Proud and devoted father of Amy, Jason and Braden. Loved son of Leonard and Betty Green. Rob will be fondly remembered by his brother Bill Green (Stephanie), his sister Diana Williamson (Jerry), many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Rob will forever be remembered for his quick wit, his caring and consideration for those around him and his smile that lit up any room. Family and friends will cherish the numerous memories created throughout the years. Rob established Greencor Electric Ltd., a very successful business spanning over 25 years. Rob was loved by all and will be forever missed.
Friends and family may call at GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Thursday, July 5 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. for a memorial visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at Dublin Street United Church on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception following at the church. If desired, memorial contributions to the Foundation of Guelph General Hospital (Attn: new CT scanner) or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
