Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Sunday, September 5,
2021, at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents, Giovanni and Emilia
Guardiero. Dear brother of Massimo and his wife Assunta; Riccardo and
his wife Mirella; Mario and his wife Maria; Maria and her late husband
Lino Simionato; the late Abelino and his wife Domenica; and the late
Norma and her late husband Giordano Minotto. Zio Alfonso will be greatly
missed by his many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral
Home, Hart Chapel, on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 4 - 7 p.m. A
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at
St. Joseph's Church. Interment at Marymount Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, guests are asked to RSVP to the visitation
and/or funeral using the funeral home website. Masks and social
distancing are mandatory.
