Patricia Whittle Guy
A Courageous Soul who touched all with Deep Love and Compassion.

Born in Broadstairs, England, she enjoyed most of her life in Montreal in the shadow of St Joseph's Oratory where she raised her family and encouraged her children and grandchildren to share in abundance, the magic of love. She made many friends at the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal where she was employed for many years.

Her Spiritual travels took her to spend Ten years of her life in Val Morin, Quebec acquiring the yogic philosophies and spirituality under the tutelage of Swami Vishnu Devananda, followed by devotion to the teachings of Dom John Main and Father Lawrence Freeman in association with the Benedictine Priory of Montreal.

She spent much time as a volunteer at St Mary's Hospital, Montreal providing solace to those in need of comfort and guidance in their time of great physical and emotional discomfort.

She remained valiant and courageous to her last moment. Slipping off peacefully in the companionship of her daughter Rebecca and son Mark in Fergus Ontario.

She will be Forever Loved and Never Forgotten by Her Family

Son - Mark (Linda), Daughter Rebecca (Rick), Granddaughter Sarah Jane and Grandson Jonathan. In England Brother David (Mavis and Family) and Brother Trevor.

We are grateful for the tender care she received by all the staff at the St Joseph's Health Care Center in Guelph Ontario followed by the tremendous staff for her last few weeks at the Wellington Terrace Home in Fergus, Ontario, her last stop on her remarkable journey.

A celebration of her life will be announced in the warm weather when the flowers are in abundance.
