Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, December 15, 2017, in his 92nd year.
Dear brother of Irene Osburn and brother-in-law of Edna Harper. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Gertrude Harper, and brothers Stanley, Ross, Fred and Bernie. Herbert will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
At Herbert’s request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
A tree will be planted in memory of Herbert C. Harper in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2:30 pm.
