Passed away peacefully at Waterford Long Term Care, Oakville on Monday, January 15, 2018. Marcie was the loving daughter of the late Michael and Violet (McCallum) Heffernan and was predeceased by her brother and sisters; Norbert, Rosella Turenne, Helen Pennal and Mary O’Dwyer. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends of the family will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St., N., Guelph on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. A service to commemorate Marcie’s life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 o’clock with interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Arthur in the spring of 2018. If so desired, donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
