Passed away peacefully while holding the hand of her daughter Barbara, at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke, Hamilton, on Sunday, February 12, 2017. Predeceased by her loving husband Harry Wilkie (2004). Survived by her cherished daughter Barbara Raphael (Randy) of Ancaster; her sister in law Edna Moore of Toronto; her nephew Thom McGill of Orillia and niece Nancy Tuck of Barrie. Ella was a longtime resident of Guelph and a member of Knox Presbyterian Church. Latterly she enjoyed many friends at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Ancaster. Ella was a member of the Edward Johnson Chapter of the I.O.D.E.
A special thank you to the staff of St. Peter’s (Cedar Terrace) for their loving care. Ella was treated with so much kindness, dignity and love.
