It is with great sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Eric on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Hospice Wellington. Loving and cherished husband of Betty for 52 years. The most amazing and loving dad to Kelly & Ravin. He was so proud of his grandsons Tyler and Jamie and marvelled at watching them grow up. Loving and caring big brother to sisters Joan and Donna. Great brother-in-law to Bob, Wilson and Marg. Beloved nephew of Gwen Tonks of England. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friend to all who knew him. Laughter and love is what he gave to all of us. He wanted no tears just good times to be remembered and shared. The world became a little dimmer but the heavens are shining bright.
A memorial service will take place at Ariss Valley Golf and Country Club, 5700 Highway 86, Ariss, Ontario, N0B 1B0 on Monday, May 2nd starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by a celebration of Eric’s life. Please come with your memories and stories to share.
